Terms & Conditions

These terms apply specifically to OpsFlow AI and supplement the universal terms.

1. Business Document Processing

OpsFlow AI processes documents and business data locally on your device. You are responsible for the content of all documents you create, edit, or process through the app. Do not use AI features to generate fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal documents.

2. AI-Generated Content Ownership

Documents and content you create with AI assistance belong to you. However, AI-generated drafts should be reviewed for accuracy before use. Future @I LLC is not responsible for errors in AI-generated content including emails, reports, or summaries.

3. Confidential Information

If you process confidential business information through OpsFlow AI:

• All processing happens locally — no data is sent to cloud AI services
• You are responsible for securing your device and account credentials
• Enable device encryption and a strong PIN/biometric lock
• We recommend disabling cloud backup for highly sensitive documents

4. Windows Desktop Application

The Windows version runs as a local application. You are responsible for keeping your operating system updated and your machine secured. The application stores data in your user profile directory with encryption.

5. Multi-Platform Sync

If you use OpsFlow AI on multiple devices (Android + Windows), sync features transmit your data encrypted between devices. You are responsible for securing all devices connected to your account.

6. Acceptable Use

In addition to the universal prohibited use terms, you may NOT use OpsFlow AI to:

• Generate spam, phishing emails, or deceptive communications
• Create documents intended to defraud or mislead
• Process data you do not have the right to access
• Automate bulk document generation for commercial resale
