These terms apply specifically to GigApp and supplement the universal terms. By using GigApp, you agree to both.
GigApp provides tools for tracking gig earnings, mileage, and expenses. While we strive for accuracy, the data entered and calculated is for your personal tracking purposes. Future @I LLC is not a tax advisor. Always consult a qualified tax professional for tax-related decisions. Tax estimates provided by the app are informational only and should not be relied upon for filing.
GigApp uses GPS for mileage tracking during active gig sessions. By enabling location tracking, you consent to the collection of GPS data during those sessions. You can disable location tracking at any time in your device settings. Disabling location will limit mileage tracking functionality.
If you connect third-party gig platforms to GigApp, you authorize us to access the data you select from those platforms. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.
Premium features may require a subscription. Subscription payments are processed through the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to their respective refund policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
GigApp is a tracking and management tool. Use of GigApp does not create an employer-employee relationship between you and Future @I LLC. You are and remain an independent contractor with whatever gig platforms you use.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all earnings, expenses, and mileage data you enter. GigApp does not verify the accuracy of user-entered data. Inaccurate data entry may lead to incorrect tax estimates or reports.
