These terms apply specifically to Future Health AI and supplement the universal terms.

1. Not Medical Advice

Future Health AI is NOT a medical device, medical provider, or substitute for professional healthcare.

• Health insights and AI suggestions are for informational purposes only
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions
• Do not use this app to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition
• In a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number

2. Health Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of health data you enter. The app's insights and alerts are only as accurate as the data you provide. Incorrect data may lead to inaccurate health insights.

3. Emergency Features

Future Health AI may include emergency alert features. These features:

• Are supplementary and should never replace calling 911
• Depend on your device having an active internet/cellular connection
• May transmit your location and emergency contact information when triggered
• Are provided on a best-effort basis without guarantee of delivery

4. AI Health Limitations

The AI features in Future Health AI:

• Cannot replace a physician's judgment or clinical testing
• May produce incorrect or incomplete health insights
• Are not trained on your specific medical history from external sources
• Should be used as a personal health journal and tracking tool only

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Future Health AI. If you are under 18, you should use this app under the guidance of a parent or guardian.

6. Limitation of Liability for Health Outcomes

Future @I LLC shall not be liable for any health outcomes resulting from your use of or reliance on this app. This includes but is not limited to delayed treatment, misinterpretation of AI suggestions, or failure of emergency alert features.
