3. AI Data Processing

- AI does not store or learn from your personal conversations beyond the current session unless explicitly configured
- On-device AI processing stays on your device
- No AI training is performed on your personal data

We do NOT sell your personal information.

- Law enforcement (when required by law or valid legal process)
- Business transfers (in the event of merger or acquisition)
We will NEVER share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

- Data transmitted to our servers uses HTTPS encryption
- Sensitive data (tokens, credentials) stored in platform-native secure storage (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore)
- Audit logs are hash-chained for tamper detection
- We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy
6. Your Rights
Under California law (CCPA/CPRA) and other applicable laws, you have the right to:
- KNOW what personal information we collect about you
- DELETE your personal information
- OPT-OUT of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell data, but you may still exercise this right)

Upon deletion request: account data deleted within 30 days; audit logs retained as required by law; aggregated, anonymized data may be retained.
8. Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will notify you of changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
