This privacy policy applies specifically to GigApp by Future @I LLC. It supplements our universal privacy policy, which governs all Future @I applications.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Account information (name, email address)
• Gig earnings, tips, and payment records you enter
• Expense receipts and categories
• Vehicle information for mileage tracking
• Shift schedules and platform connections

Information Collected Automatically

• Device information (model, OS version)
• App usage analytics (features used, session duration)
• Error logs and crash reports
• GPS location during active gig tracking sessions only

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Background location (GPS stops when you end a gig session)
• Contact lists or phone book data
• Photos or camera data (unless you photograph a receipt)
• Payment card numbers (Stripe processes payments)

2. Location Data

GigApp uses GPS for mileage tracking. Key facts:

• Location is collected only during active gig sessions that you start
• Location tracking stops immediately when you end a session
• Location is stored locally on your device by default
• Location is never sold to third parties
• You can delete all location history from Settings at any time
• You can disable location permission in your device settings

3. Financial Data

Earnings and expense data you enter is stored encrypted on your device and optionally synced to your account. We never share your financial data with third parties except as required by law.

GigApp is not a tax advisor. Tax estimates are for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified tax professional.

4. Third-Party Platform Data

If you connect third-party gig platforms (e.g. Uber, DoorDash, Instacart), we access only the data you authorize. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by third-party platforms.

5. AI Features

• GigApp's AI assistant processes your inputs to provide earnings insights and suggestions
• AI interactions may be logged locally for quality improvement
• On-device AI processing stays on your device
• No AI training is performed on your personal data

6. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information.

We may share data with: service providers (Stripe for payments), law enforcement (when required by law). We will NEVER share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

7. Your Rights

Under CCPA and applicable laws, you can request to know, delete, correct, or opt-out. Contact futureai202526@gmail.com. We respond within 45 days.

8. Data Deletion

Delete your account via Settings > Account > Delete Account, or email us. Account data deleted within 30 days.
