1. Business Data We Process
- Documents: files you open, scan, or create within the app for AI-assisted processing
- Task data: schedules, reminders, notes, and workflow configurations
- Communication drafts: emails, messages, and documents generated with AI assistance
- Organization data: team structures, contacts, and project information you enter
2. How We Handle Business Data
- All business data is stored locally on your device or your Windows machine
- AI processing happens on-device — documents are not sent to cloud AI services
- Business data is encrypted at rest using platform-native encryption
- Business data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for AI training
- If you enable cloud sync, data is encrypted in transit and at rest
3. AI Document Processing
- AI features (summarization, drafting, analysis) run locally on your device

- AI suggestions are generated from local models — no cloud API calls during processing
- The AI does not retain or learn from your documents between sessions
4. Windows Desktop Application
The Windows version of OpsFlow AI:
- Runs entirely on your local machine
- Stores data in encrypted local storage
- Does not require an internet connection for core AI features
- May connect to the internet for updates, account sync, and optional cloud backup
5. Android Application
The Android version of OpsFlow AI:
- Uses on-device AI inference via local models
- Requests only permissions necessary for core features (storage for documents, camera for scanning)
- Does not access contacts, call logs, or SMS
6. Data Deletion
Delete your data via Settings > Data > Clear All Data. On Windows, uninstalling the application removes all local data. Email futureai202526@gmail.com for account deletion requests.
