Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies specifically to Future Health AI by Future @I LLC. It supplements our universal privacy policy.

1. Health Data We Collect

• Health metrics you enter: weight, blood pressure, heart rate, symptoms, medications, and other health records you choose to log
• Emergency contacts: names and phone numbers you designate for emergency alerts
• Medical history: conditions, allergies, and medical notes you provide
• Device sensors: step counts or health data from device APIs you explicitly grant access to

2. How We Handle Health Data

Your health data is treated with the highest level of protection.

• All health data is stored encrypted on your device using AES-256
• Health data is never uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud backup
• Health data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising
• Health data is never used to train AI models
• If you enable cloud backup, health data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (AES-256-GCM)

3. AI Health Features

• AI health insights are generated on your device using local models
• Your health data is never sent to cloud AI services
• AI suggestions are not medical advice — always consult a healthcare professional
• Emergency coordination features may transmit location and emergency contact info to emergency services only when you explicitly trigger an emergency alert

4. HIPAA Notice

Future Health AI is a personal health tracking tool, not a covered entity under HIPAA. However, we voluntarily follow HIPAA-aligned security practices for your health data including encryption at rest, encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging.

5. Sensitive Data Categories

Under California law (CCPA/CPRA), health data is classified as "sensitive personal information." You have the right to limit our use of this data. Since we process health data only on your device and never for advertising, this right is inherently respected.

6. Data Deletion

Delete all health data via Settings > Data > Delete All Health Records, or delete your entire account via Settings > Account > Delete Account. You can also email futureai202526@gmail.com.

7. Children's Privacy

Future Health AI is not intended for children under 13. Do not enter health data for minors unless you are their parent or legal guardian.
