End User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Future @I LLC, a California limited liability company ("Licensor"), for the Android applications that Licensor publishes (each an "App"): Future Health AI, GigApp, OpsFlow AI, BrainForge, GoopNet and VisaKapatid, and any later App that lists this agreement. It sits next to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. By installing or using an App you accept this agreement.

1. License

1.1 Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, for your personal use or your own internal business use, as the App is meant to be used.

1.2 The App is licensed, not sold. Licensor and its licensors keep all ownership of the App, including its code, design, content, and any AI model files Licensor supplies. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Restrictions

You may not, except where the law allows despite this restriction: (a) copy, modify or create derivative works of the App; (b) reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract source code; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense or share the App; (d) remove or change notices; (e) bypass technical protections, usage limits, advertising or subscription checks; (f) use the App to build a competing product or to break the law; (g) use automated means to access the App's server.

3. Third-party components and services

The App includes open-source and third-party components and may download AI model files from third parties. Their licenses apply to those parts and are available on request from legal@futureati.app. Google Play, Google AdMob and other services are governed by their own terms.

4. AI features

The App may generate AI content. It is provided "as is", can be wrong, and is not professional medical, legal, tax, immigration or financial advice. You are responsible for how you use it. See the Terms of Service for details.

5. Updates

Licensor may release updates that change or remove features. Updates are covered by this agreement. Some Apps check for updates with our server; see the Privacy Policy.

Paid features are bought through Google Play under the Terms of Service. A subscription lasts only while it is active.

7. Data

How the App handles data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limit of liability

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, LICENSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US$50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING. THIS DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

10. Ending this agreement

This agreement lasts until it ends. It ends automatically if you break it. You can end it by uninstalling the App. When it ends you must stop using the App and delete your copies.

11. Google Play

This agreement is between you and Licensor, not Google. Google is not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, support or any claim about it, and is not a party to this agreement, except that Google Play's own terms govern your use of Google Play. The Apps are published for Android only.

12. Export and government use

You must follow applicable export and sanctions laws.

13. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes are handled as set out in section 17 of the Terms of Service. Rights you cannot waive under your local law are not affected.

14. Whole agreement and changes

This agreement, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about the App. If a part is found unenforceable the rest stays. We may update this agreement; the current version is always at futureati.app/eula, and a material change is announced on that page before it applies and, where the App can show a message, in the App.
